Commissions are for personal use only. You can use it with other people but you must not redistribute the mod files in any way.

I own all rights to the mod. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

If accepted, I'll post about the commision in any social media (You will be mentioned if wanted).

If the mod is public I am allowed to include the mod link in my pinned post. If I'm not allowed, I'll add one to the "DMS Commissions" counter unless requested otherwise.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in some time! I normally provide updates when finished or wanting to confirm certain details.

Reposting and sharing images/videos (not the mod files) is OK, but please give credit to me (@slugaspari _(Tumblr)). If the mod is public you can share the mod link too.

Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. If the commision is too complex, I'll ask for a 50% deposit after the sketch is done and accepted. Optionally you can deposit the full price if wanted.

Once the skin is finished, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I give you the mod files.

All the deposits are non-refundable. Both the first 50% and the final one.

If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

If I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep at least 25% of the total cost).

If I do really late updates (~1 month) you can ask for a refund. If accepted, depending on the work done you will be refunded from 50% to 100% of the payment.

If I cancel the commission because of other reasons (Being aggressive, rude) you will be refunded 50% of the payment. This will be warned first before any canceling.

If the commission is accepted and possible I'll provide images of the skin "sketch". This will be mostly images in-game. This can be reviewed to make revisions or approval before going further.

Upon starting I will try to send progress if it's taking some time, to keep you updated. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in some time. I'll only allow moderate or minor revisions at this point. Up to three (3) revisions can be requested in this stage.

When finished I will send some images or/and videos showing everything to check for any revisions. Up to five (5) minor revisions can be requested. If you're satisfied then the payment will finish and the mod files will be given via email.

If both wanted I will upload the mod in the Rain World's Steam Workshop. Design's author will be credited in the Steam Workshop description and in-game "author" and "description" of the mod. Any portrait could be sent if wanted for the mod, but I can refuse it.
